Once you have reviewed/edited the transcript (happens on the Transcription server) you can then click on the "Import" option back within the NVivo software.Windows users will automatically see an option to review the transcript when done Mac users will have to click on the Refresh button first.Once the file is uploaded to the Transcription server, choose the language of the file and click on "Transcribe".If you were not already logged in to your myNVivo account, it will prompt you to do so.Drag and drop the file you want transcribed into the Transcription pane. On the top ribbon, select the Modules tab -> Transcription.There are 2 main ways you can use the Transcription service: 1. Create a myNVivo Portal account (if you don't already have one).Register for NVivo Transcription via ITS.This can free up time so you can focus more on the analysis of your data. Whether you are a user of the NVivo software or not, you can use the NVivo Transcription service to get automated transcription of audio and/or video files.
